Mr. George Tsokris
Managing Director
Mr Tsokris holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Technology from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne (1985).
Before commencement of his studies he gained practical experience at sea as an apprentice engineer and in the summer months of his university
years he had been employed as an apprentice engineer by the American Bureau of Shipping in New Orleans, Avondale Shipyards in New Orleans and Hellenic Shipyards in Skaramanga, Greece.
He served 26 months at the Hellenic Navy serving as Engineer Junior Petty Officer and he subsequently joined Elefsis Shipyards (1988) for a sojourn, following which he joined the shipping company of Theodore Giavridis SA, where he remained for five years having reached Technical
Director’s status.
As of 1993 he is Partner and Managing Director of T&T Enterprises and Navinco.
Mr. Aristeidis Mantzaris
Mechanical Engineer/ Marine Engineer (MSc)
Mr.Mantzaris holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering after studying at the National Technical University of Athens during the period 2000-2005.
While interested in the Shipbuilding industry, he received a Masters Degree in Marine Engineering by the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2006.
Since 2007 he has been working for Navinco initially as member of the project management and design team in various projects and then as project developer and project manager. Since 2018 he has become a partner of the firm.
He has participated in five yacht total reconstruction and repowering projects supervising structural, piping, electrical, mechanical and outfitting works and undertaken the technical management of yachts within Navinco’s activities.
Mr. Panagiotis Mereditis
Naval Architect
Mr. Mereditis holds a Degree in Naval Architecture after studying at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens during the period 2003-2008.
Consequently, he was employed as a Naval Architect at the design department of Elefsis Shipbuilding and Industrial Enterprises S.A. Since 2010 he has been working for Navinco as a Naval Architect as part of the design team in various projects.
He has participated in several total reconstruction and repowering projects with main objective the production of structural, piping, mechanical & arrangement drawings and supervision of relative installations.
Mr. Trifonas Lampropoulos
Mrs. Korina Zervou
NAVAL ARCHITECT AND MARINE ENGINEER
Mrs. Korina Zervou graduated from the National Technical University of Athens with a Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
Following her graduation she worked for the R&D department of a private sector’s company collaborating with NTUA in the field of composite materials.
She has specialized in finite element and experimental methods of structural analysis.
As of December 2023, she joined the engineering team of Navinco Ltd and is currently involved in various engineering studies, drawings and surveys.
Mr. Nikolas Chatzistamatiou
Naval Architect & Marine Engineer
Mr. Nikolas Chatzistamatiou graduated in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering with an integrated master’s degree from the National Technical University of Athens (2015 – 2021).
Following his graduation and completion of military service, he worked for nearly two years as a Naval Architect for a yacht designing company.
As of June 2024, he joined the engineering team of Navinco Ltd and is currently involved in various technical studies and surveys.
Mr. Stelios Laios
NAVAL ARCHITECT AND MARINE ENGINEER
Mr. Stelios Laios graduated from the National Technical University of Athens with a Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
During his studies, he completed short internships in maritime companies allowing him to gain valuable practical experience.
In November 2022, he joined Navinco Ltd dealing with naval architectural studies, 2D & 3D modeling, as well as pre-purchase and condition surveys.
He has also participated in a Navinco new-building project in the Netherlands as an assistant superintendent engineer
Mr. Rafail Boulios
NAVAL ARCHITECT AND MARINE ENGINEER
Mr. Rafail Boulios graduated in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering with a bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the National Technical University of Athens. He has worked for a contractor of Chalkis and Onex shipyards as a Ship Repair Manager. He joined Navinco Ltd in May 2023
Mr. Petros Georgariou
NAVAL ARCHITECT AND MARINE ENGINEER
Mr. Petros Georgariou is a BEng and MEng graduate in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering (2016-2021 University of Strathclyde, Glasgow). During the summer holidays of his studying years he completed internships in the Technical, Operational and IT departments of three different shipping companies. Additionally, during the summer of 2021 he worked for the Sailing venue of the Olympic Games of Tokyo . Following his graduation and completion of military service, he worked for a year full time as a Superintendent Engineer onboard container, tanker and bulker vessels overseeing the installation of Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS). As of July 2023 he joined Navinco’s engineering team.
Mr. Konstantinos Biliousis
NAVAL ARCHITECT
Mr. Konstantinos Biliousis holds a Master’s degree in Naval Architecture from the University of West Attica. He joined Navinco in 2022 as a junior trainee and he was involved in various projects requiring his daily presence in the shipyard. He then proceeded to join full-time as a member of the project management and design team.

Mr. Konstantinos Tsokris
Yacht Manager
Mr Konstantinos Tsokris, holder of a B.Sc. degree, has studied Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at the University of New Orleans, USA and at the Marine Institute of the Memorial University of New Foundland, Canada. He has additionally studied Sound Engineering at SAE Institute of Netherlands.
Mr. Tsokris did several internships with Navinco during his studies. As of September 2021 he is engaged full time as an Assistant Project Manager.
Mrs. Anna Vasilakou
PA to the Managing Director
Mrs. Anna Vasilakou has been the PA to the Managing Director since 1994. She has been the Quality Control Officer of the company responsible for the annual renewal of ISO 9001:2015, as well as the head of commercial, administrative and financial departments.
Mrs. Konstantina Gkika
Accountant
Mrs. Konstantina Gkika has graduated from the Department of Accounting & Finance of the Athens University of Economics and Business and continues her education with a master’s degree at the University of Piraeus (MSc in Shipping).
She has two years of work experience in financial matters as an economist.
She joined Navinco Ltd in March 2021 where she engages in the yachts management, budget compilation, communications with suppliers and various others.
Mrs. Vasileia Markogiannopoulou
Accountant
Mrs. Vassilia Markogiannopoulou, a graduate in Public Administration from Panteion University, pursued a career in Economics.
She commenced her decade-long professional journey by choosing the income department of the Tax Office in Aigaleo for her internship.
In recent years, she has been actively employed in the accounting field, initially involved in invoicing, and subsequently, with general ledger and payroll matters. Actively investing in her professional development, Mrs. Markogiannopoulou attends seminars focusing on enhancing her skills in the areas of accounting, payroll, and labor-related matters.
In November 2023, she joined the Navinco Ltd team, where she is involved in payroll and general ledger activities.
