XANA

Navinco Ltd. was the main contractor for the project management and design of elongation (from 40.5m to 45.0m), as well as complete interior refit of M/Y “XANA” for the period 2018-2020. Other aspects of the project included the development of a new E/R arrangement with new equipment (apart from the ME) and a new Garage.
Our company undertook the Naval Architecture and Engineering studies and drawings in connection with the elongation (from 40.5m to 45.0m) and reconstruction and also attended the site project management together with Owner’s team. The project was executed in Greece.
Interiors were completely stripped out, the hull and all decks were elongated and a brand new engine room was also built.
The lengthening allowed for a complete reconfiguration of her interior layout and the addition of extra outdoor deck spaces as well as a gasoline certified toy garage and swimming platform. In general, there are more spaces that are usually preferred by charterers, arguing that the refit has transformed Xana into “a completely different boat”.
The sundeck now has fresh teak, enhanced al fresco dining and lounge spaces, a drinks bar forward and a new jacuzzi, all with unparalleled views out to sea.
Xana hit the water in July 2021, and she has returned to her usual cruising grounds of the Mediterranean.
