From finding berths and organizing bunkering to crew recruitment and management, we provide expert in-house services to maximize the enjoyment and minimize the risks and liabilities of yacht ownership with the professionalism and expertise you expect.
Technical Support
Our technical management team covers all aspects of a yacht’s technical operations – whether day-to-day queries, shipyard planning, or a refit.
We also closely monitor compliance with regulations, liaise with flag and class organizations and provide direct support for your vessel to ensure that she is always compliant and the relevant paperwork is up to date.
Financial Administration
We ensure transparency in your vessel’s financial administration, providing clear analysis of expenditure and any budget variances, and ensuring control over payment requests. As with all our management services, the financial administration is customized to the individual owner.

Crew Selection & Management
Services we provide include the following:
- Understanding the owner’s needs and preferences.
- Identifying suitable candidates through our extensive list of contacts
- Interviewing candidates on a personal basis
- Verifying the validity of candidate qualifications/ contacting references
- Employment contracts
- Coordinating travel to/from the yacht
We will handle the day-to-day administration required for crew turnover, contracts of employment, payslips, etc.
